At Tiger Mist, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the items are unworn and unwashed.
Ship It Back
Generate and print your return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
